I started with Taco John’s as a freshman in high school. I enjoyed being part of a successful team and quickly learned Pentex valued my hard work and drive. I was trained on the principles of principals of great food, hospitality and people management. Those skills helped me progress to shift supervisor, Assistant Manager, General Manager and now District Manager. Pentex taught me how to operate a business and continues to broaden my business knowledge.

What began as a part-time job at Taco John’s during college, turned into a crash course in Responsibility and Accountability 101. Teamwork and the right attitude is what it took to succeed and those principles still hold true today. I made some of my best friends while working there and definitely gained an understanding of how to run a profitable business.
